The General Secretariat of the League of Arab States strongly condemns the statements made by the Prime Minister of the occupying Israeli state regarding the annexation of parts of the territories of sovereign Arab states, as a prelude to the establishment of what he called "Greater Israel." Such statements constitute a violation of the sovereignty of Arab states and an attempt to undermine security and stability in the region.
The General Secretariat affirms that these statements pose a serious threat to collective Arab national security and represent a blatant challenge to international law and the principles of international legitimacy. They also reflect expansionist and aggressive intentions that cannot be accepted or tolerated, revealing an extremist mentality steeped in colonial delusions.
The General Secretariat calls on the international community, represented by the UN Security Council, to assume its responsibilities and decisively confront these extremist statements, which undermine stability and fuel regional hatred and rejection of the occupying state.
