The Arab Human Rights Committee, Having considered the Arab Charter on Human Rights, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 45, paragraph 7, of the Charter, which authorizes it to lay down its working procedures and the manner and periodicity of its meetings, adopted and promulgated its rules of procedure at its twenty-eighth meeting, held in Cairo on 22-24 November 2014.
