The secretariats of the Administrative and Investment Courts carry out the necessary procedures to ensure the operation of the two courts.
The secretariats are tasked with receiving new lawsuits, following up on ongoing lawsuits, receiving documents, legal memorandums, responses of the parties to the lawsuits, editing the minutes of the sessions of the cases, organising the lawsuits filed before the two courts and handing them over to the Commissioners' Board to write reports citing legal opinion before presenting them to the Courts for pleadings.
The department also provides the Commissioners' Board and judges with relevant regulations and agreements to facilitate their work, prepares for the meetings of the General Assembly of the two Courts, holds ordinary and extraordinary sessions, edits the minutes of the meetings and arranges legal precedents to facilitate referring to them in later stages by the court's judges, commissioners, scholars, researchers and individuals interested in administrative and investment laws in the Arab world.
