The General Secretariat of the League of Arab States presented the Excellence Award for Arab Women to the winners in the field of technology and innovation in accordance with the decisions of the Arbitration Committee in 2022. The awards come in implementation of Resolution 8 of the 42nd Ordinary Session on 7 February 2023 issued by the Arab Women's Committee.
The awards went to winners from the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Bahrain, the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Iraq, the Sultanate of Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Lebanon, Libya, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Kingdom of Morocco, and the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
