The League of Arab States is launching the first Arab regional strategy on youth, peace and security with the support of the United Nations Liaison Office at the League of Arab States, the United Nations Department of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs, the United Nations Population Fund, the United Nations Development Programme and the Folke Bernadotte Academy.
The joint efforts of these bodies support the implementation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution 2250 on Youth, Peace and Security.
In light of preparations for the Arab Strategy for Youth, Peace and Security, we call on youth to share with us what peace and security mean to them.
