Upon the recommendation of the Permanent Committee for Legal Affairs held on 27-28 August 2006, the Permanent Arab Committee for Human Rights grants Observer Status to the National non-governmental Human Rights organizations and National Human Rights organizations in accordance with specific measures, standards and procedures.
