His Excellency Ambassador Dr. Khalid bin Mohamed Manzlawi, Assistant Secretary-General and head of the International Political Affairs Sector, received on 22 April Her Excellency Ambassador Reike Ella, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Finland to the Arab Republic of Egypt, at the headquarters of the General Secretariat.
During the meeting, Ambassador Dr. Manzlawi, on behalf of Mr. Ahmed Aboul Gheit, Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, accepted the official credentials of Ambassador Ella and extended to her a warm welcome to the League of Arab States. The two sides held constructive discussions on regional and international developments of common concern, and explored avenues to further strengthen cooperation between the League and the Republic of Finland.
