Curriculum Vitae Born on 24 November 1957 in Al Hoceima, Morocco. Married with two daughters. Graduated in 1980 from the Faculty of Legal, Social, and Economic Sciences at Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah University in Fez, specialising in political science. He then joined the Higher Institute of Journalism to fulfil his civil service. Throughout his professional and diplomatic career, he completed various training programmes in Morocco and abroad, focusing on international relations, media, and human rights.
